Grist Brewing Company and Atlas Coffee, along with UCHealth Urgent Care and Siemens, will anchor the 20,000 square foot Sterling Center
One of Grist Brewing Company's amazing brewhouses in southern Denver
The rumors we've been hearing are true! Yesterday Sterling Ranch, Grist Brewing Company, and Atlas Coffee announced that the Sterling Center will feature a brand-new Grist brewery and Atlas coffee shop. I'm so excited to have these amenities within walking distance of most Providence Village homes!
In addition to Atlas and Grist, the $9.3 million civic center will also house UCHealth Urgent Care, Siemens, the Sterling Ranch Community Authority Board, and an exhibit hall, and will also feature landscaping designed by the Denver Botanic Gardens. Sterling Ranch's 20,000 square foot civic center is going up quickly and will likely open this fall.
Brad Heykoop, owner of Atlas Coffee, is just as excited as I am:
"We created Atlas with the idea of building community through the creation of craft coffee. From building opportunity for workforce development in the bean-growing countries where our coffee is sourced, to creating a space that welcomes all members of the community for meetings, connections, and sharing, we saw a great alignment between our own mission and that of the creators of Sterling Ranch."
Chuck Norman of Grist Brewing Company said that not only will the brewery be offering its own craft beer, but it will also feature wines from Colorado-based wineries - a first for the Grist team.
I'll feature more on Grist and Atlas in future Roundup posts, but like I mentioned above both Grist and Atlas are wonderful amenities for Sterling Ranch homeowners - both from a lifestyle perspective, but also from a residential real estate perspective (sorry, I can't help myself - I'm always thinking about Sterling Ranch real estate!). Tenants like Grist and Atlas are the type of high quality tenants that attract home buyers, which can help increase home values. So this is all great news for Sterling Ranch residents!
Grist currently has two locations - one brewery is in Highlands Ranch, while the other is in Lone Tree. Atlas Coffee has one other location off Ken Caryl in Littleton, close to C-470.
Welcome Grist and Atlas!
