Lennar has three beautiful spec. homes scheduled to be completed in April 2018 available for purchase today in Sterling Ranch ... and yes, they will go fast
The average price of a home in Denver set a record in February by crossing the $500,000 mark according to the Denver Post. Which makes the three Lennar spec. homes currently scheduled to be completed in April of 2018 even more intriguing.
For example, the 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom Ash (shown above and below) is a well-put-together 1,811 square feet with a gorgeous open floorplan on the first floor. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, including a master with a to-die-for walk-in closet. Best part? The home was originally listed for $452,750 but recently reduced to $449,900. It's a steal in Denver's $500,000 average home price environment.
I'd love to tell you more about Lennar's other quick move-ins, including another Ash ($441,900) and an Isla ($477,150) coming on line in April. I'll feature the Ash and Isla in a future Roundup post, so stay tuned! Update: here's more information about the Isla.
Finally, don't forget to read this Roundup post about how hiring a realtor is a financial and logistical positive if you're looking for a new-build (I even dish out a few tricks of the trade in the post, like how we can use my drone on your dirt lot to check out the views from your future second floor windows). I've 'project managed,' so to speak, the building of dozens of homes in Denver and would love to help you, too! Shoot me a note at Mariel@Focus-Realtors.com any time.
