The Sterling Ranch Universe in 2035

Updated: Jul 5, 2019

The future of Sterling Ranch, from Providence to Prospect Villages, and everything in between

Here's one of the more interesting maps I have posted in my office here at Focus Real Estate - the complete map of Sterling Ranch when it's built out in 15-20 years.

I love showing this map to friends and clients who are building in Providence Village and who want to get a feel for the potential size and scale of the future neighborhood. If you zoom in on the linked map, you can see potential sports field, school, and retail locations, and more!

I also like showing this map to friends and clients of ours who are starting to reserve lots in Ascent Village, as well as this Roundup article - What's next for Sterling Ranch - 2019 and beyond. By the way, at least one builder is taking reservations on lots now in Ascent - shoot me a note at Mariel@Focus-Realtors.com if you'd like to learn more).

Regardless, this map does a great job of showing the potential scale of Sterling Ranch - including where future lots could be located, where the anticipated 8 Douglas County schools (5 elementary, 2 middle, and 1 high school) might be built, and more.

If you're thinking about building a new home in Sterling Ranch, I'd love to help! My services are free to you (no, really!), and we've helped many clients navigate the Sterling Ranch new home process. From Lennars to Parkwoods to Wonderlands to Richmonds, and almost every other builder in between, here at Focus Real Estate we're experts at helping you budget for, design, and build new construction homes. Why not hire a free expert to help you with the process? (Also, if you're thinking about building a home, be sure to check out our new home construction library of articles and videos).

Last but not least, keep in mind Sterling Ranch is currently under construction, and as is common with large, in-flight master developments, various aspects of the community may change over time. So while these maps are great for reference purposes, please don't rely on them.
